East Rand Mall
This is one of the area’s famous shopping malls and offers visitors restaurants, coffee shops and nine cinemas. Here you will also find all of South Africa’s major chain stores and smaller specialized shops.

Boksburg Lake
Boksburg Lake offers sailing plus rowboats for hire. Other attractions include a golf course and a roller-skating rink.

East Rand Flea Market
Also known as East Rand Traders Square, this flea market is one of Gauteng’s favourite shopping venues. Many of the stalls are located indoors and visitors are guaranteed of finding loads of bargains here. This exciting venue is located right next to the East Rand Mall.
